Rest & Reset: A Calming Sound Experience At Yours Truly

Rest & Reset is a one-hour sound healing therapy session designed to help you pause, slow down and simply receive. Guided by Reshma & Anjali, the experience uses soothing sound vibrations to relax the body, quiet the mind and gently restore your energy — a rare invitation to truly switch off in the middle of the week. Held in the warm, cosy setting of Yours Truly Coffee Roasters, the session is intimate, grounding and deeply restorative. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a light shawl or blanket and wear loose comfortable clothing and, most importantly, come with an open heart. Conducted in English and Hindi, the session is open to ages 16 and above. Whether you've been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or simply in need of stillness, this is your hour to breathe, release and reset.
