Timing your visit is crucial: arrive at dawn for the best light and peak activity, or aim for late morning to afternoon to witness the dynamic commotion of adults constantly commuting between the river and nests to feed hungry chicks. August is particularly rewarding for observing dramatic breeding behaviors.
