Forest Safari

Let's be clear: tiger sightings are exceptionally rare. The Buxa safari is a drive through beautiful, dense forest, where you are more likely to see elephants, gaur (Indian bison), sambar, barking deer and a spectacular array of birds. Safaris are booked at the Rajabhatkhawa gate.
Hours: 6am–11am and ~2pm–6pm.
