Boat Ride on the Ichamati

The quintessential Taki experience. You can hire a motorized boat or a country boat from the ferry ghat. Your boatman will take you right up to the imaginary mid-river line. You’ll see Bangladeshi boats doing the same. Passengers often wave and shout greetings across the water. 

Local operators commonly stop rides by ~5pm (sunset-time safety / visibility).
