This is what puts Gajoldoba on the map. The backwaters attract an astonishing variety of species. Besides the headline acts (Bar-headed Geese, Ruddy Shelducks), watch for Asian Openbills, common teals, northern pintails, gadwalls, and various kingfisher species.
