Beach Life

The main draw is simply being on the beach. Adventure sports (parasailing, rafting) spring up during peak season, but the real draw is doing absolutely nothing. The sand is firm and wide at low tide, perfect for long walks. Swimming is possible but be cautious of strong undercurrents. Early morning and late afternoon are magical times when the light turns golden and fishermen haul in their catches.

Tajpur’s signature moment is subtle at first: tiny holes in the sand, then sudden movement as hundreds of little red crabs appear, sidestepping like wind-up toys. Walk slowly, watch where you step, and you’ll see the beach come alive around you.
